Born In Brixton is committed to ensuring your items arrive safely and promptly. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UK ORDERS 

  • UK Orders: All UK packages are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

    • Handling Time: 1-3 business days
    • Delivery Time: Typically 2-3 business days

  • International Orders: For overseas deliveries, we use Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the order size.

    • Delivery Time: Estimated 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination country

Once orders are processed, changes or cancellations aren’t possible, so please double-check your details before completing your purchase. International customers will see any necessary customs fees or taxes included at checkout, so you won’t encounter extra charges upon delivery.

Note: Born In Brixton is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will aid in finding a resolution. For issues related to lost items, please reach out directly to the relevant carrier as well as emailing us.

At Born In Brixton, we pride ourselves on providing unique, vintage pieces, and all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time, so please refer to the detailed measurements provided for each item before purchasing.

Please note that our products are vintage and may have signs of age or wear, such as subtle marks, fading, or other characterful imperfections.

If you need to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you can reach us at info@borninbrixton.com. A 10% restocking fee will apply to cover restocking and processing costs.
